The Royal Wedding was a picture-perfect fairly tale. Princess Kate’s dress was stunning  and the ceremony was divine. But my most favorite part? The fabulous hats! Now my new obsession, I am determined to wear a show-stopping hat at the next wedding or formal event I attend.
